I've begun blogging HR-XML

Alongside of the development of key XML technologies (standards, software & tools), the HR-XML Consortium has been refining the important standards that affect the businesses and BU's implementing HR solutions. I have been researching these technologies and the HR-XML's progress as they pertain to this aspect of the XML community's ongoing commitments. This blog is dedicated to communicating their progress in comprehensible terms, understandable to the educated layman and likewise beneficial to the programmers who are working on behalf of large corporations or towards implementing HR solutions for perhaps their own business.

Documented within this blog, there will be links to ongoing projects, with their results and/or effectiveness for realizing the desired goals stated for the project and illustrations of how implementations of the respective solutions are demonstrable; links to resources useful for understanding the core technologies that enable development and implementation of these solutions; a real-users' perspective and ongoing help as I try to grasp the importance and feasibility of incorporating these solutions to achieve conformance with the HR-XML Consortium' and W3C's recommendations.

Please check back often, subscribe to the RSS, and/or leave comments where appropriate, and I hope this blog will be of assistance :)
